Curriculum Vitæ

Sara Campo Martínez got her PhD in Economic Sciences (Business Administration) and her degree in Research and Market Techniques from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid.

Since 1999 she is full professor in the Department of Finance and Market Research of the School of Economy and Business Administration of the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid.

Teaching and research

Currently she teaches the official subjects of “Business Adminitration: Marketing” (LADE), "Services Marketing" (ITM); "Tourist Marketing" (in the School of Tourism), and "Basic Marketing" (in the Aeronautical Management official program of the UAM).

Besides that, she teaches “Market Research II” in the Marketing MBA of the Universidad Autónoma, and “Projects and Marketing Research” in the PhD Program of Market Research of the Department of Research and Market Techniques.

She is also responsible for the drawing up, following and teaching of the e-learning course of "Market Research”, managed by the group of Organizational Engineering (GIO) of the Technical College of Madrid.

In addition, she has taught different training courses of Marketing for the Madrid Regional Government and the Madrid Chamber of Commerce.

Academic contributions

During her academic and research career, Sara has participated in a number of national congresses (for instance, the University Teachers’ Meeting) and international meetings (ATMC, EuroChrie Congress, ESADE, ESCP-EAP, etc.).

She has also published books and articles in several well-known international reviews, such as Progress in Tourism Marketing (Elsevier), International Journal of Service Industry Management, Journal of Hospitality & Leisure Marketing, etc.
