Entrepreneurial strategy and proneness to innovation

This second research thread comprises the study of business patterns within companies that lean towards innovation and are opened to new initiatives.
In order to evaluate how entrepreneurial strategies affect to the proneness to innovation, it is necessary to go into the following research fields:

  1. Ideal strategies according to the two extreme positions considered by the specialized literature: differentiation through innovation in products/services, processes, location, etc; and resemblance strategy.
  2. Impact of the abovementioned strategies on the results.

  4. Distinguishing behavior in the selection of strategies depending on the niche markets where enterprises compete.
  5. Entrepeneurial cooperation and competition.
