Fields of Interest

  • Equilibrium models: Modeling of the equilibria reached between generators, retailers and consumers in an electricity market.
  • Application of Bi-level and tri-level optimization as well as MPECs and EPECs models to the operations of electricity systems.
  • Robust optimization: Capacity and transmission expansion planning of the electricity systems.
  • Supply chain coordination: Characterization of the interactions between risk-averse agents in an electricity supply chain.
